LOVE
We begin and end with LOVE, this is the Inner Healer. It is the support for all the self-work we do and the very essence of our being. When we speak to you, we speak to your essence, and when you take the time to practice tools that develop your well-being and inner peace you are activating your essence of self-love.
KNOWLEDGE
The Method we use is unique and evolving, it is designed to deepen self-KNOWLEDGE. Understanding ourselves as one unified being and as a multidimensional being.
ACTION
When we apply the tools and techniques we learn to put love and knowledge into ACTION and integrate what we have learned through self-love into self-development in every day life.
SUPPORT
Inner Healer as a Platform then provides SUPPORT to encourage SELF-SUPPORT. To continue to progress on the journey within, feeling motivated and inspired to do so, taking the toolbox, applying consistence and knowing that you have a community of support behind you.
2. The Inner Healer
The Inner Healer is the essence of who we are.
It is the practice of naturally and gently re-wiring our brain to transform the unsupportive habits, patterns and cycles, to recognise where we need the support and find that within ourselves in different ways.
Simply put it is the understanding that we have the power of love, to begin to trust our Inner Voice and Inner Truth.
To allow unconditional love to come forward and guide us in the present and overcome our challenges - heal into a stronger, more peaceful and balanced future.
It is Love and Self-Knowledge, put to Action with support.
3. The Four Dimensions
The Unique Method works by separating the Dimensions - an aspect of our ‘self’ that usually operates as part of an integrated Whole but can be explored and understood as its own individual entity.
We are multi-dimensions beings and we have access to tools from these other dimensions. By understanding them, we can work with them and support ourselves in our daily routine.
Because we believe in simplicity, these Dimensions correspond to what we have all had direct experiences with as human beings.

When we understand the incredible power and beauty of our Physical Dimension we can begin to Heal not only the physical aspects but also our relationship with our Body.
When we let ourselves feel fully, express, accept and release emotions, observing them and understanding their function - we can heal and overcome blockages.
Working with self-inquiry allows us to observe the mind with the mind. To locate the origin of our thoughts and begin to bring the Mental Dimension into balance and focus.
Everything starts and ends with LOVE.
By opening our hearts we discover source of infinite unconditional love within.
